The Longfin Eel - Tuna Kuwharuwharu

This term we have been learning about the long fin eel. Our assembly item was based on the story Velvet and Elvis. This was a story about the migration journey that the long fin eel takes.

I have created 3 different digital learning objects [DLO] to share my learning on this topic. The first is a poster that I created in my topic book about the challenges that the long fin eel faces Whaea deb took a photo of my poster.

I created a poster on google drawing and google docs to share some interesting facts about the longfin eel.

Waitangi Visit

Last Tuesday my class went to Waitangi. I had to be at school at 8.00 and we got on bus at about 9.00. It was a really long bus ride but finley we were there and the first thing I saw was Whaea Kerry and whaea Monka. So we went upstairs and we talked for  awhile then Caitlyn came in and then we talked  about rock's for  awhile then I got bored. We had morning tea  and then we talked about eel's for awhile and then we did paint 3D. We had lunch and went to the reserve and played chain tag  and then we did Scratch again. We played a kahoot and me and Edward  were buddies. 

My Holiday Buggy Ride with Leyton

On the holiday I went to Leyton's for the night, it was fun and 

and we went on the buggy for a ride. It was crazy when we 

went in the bush and it was bumpy when we went throw

the tree's. When We came back throw the tree's and down 

the beech it was bumpy  and we did wheelies and donuts 

when we did donuts I Nelly Flow out the door. When we

did a weeleys    my arms smashed into the rock Solid cheers 

and my leg's into the bottom of the cheer. They Were acing 

when we got back we went dawn the Hill on the skateboards, we flu off and we were screaming in pain.
